Incorrect current location on the map

Solution

The app uses your device's GPS module. If your location is not detected or incorrectly determined:

  1. Check that Inspector Cloud Camera 2 has permissions to use geolocation during operation. If necessary, give this permission in the phone settings. If the settings are correct, try disabling/enabling the permission back.
  2. If you have an Android device, enable the «Detect From All Sources» option, or «Precise Location» in the system settings.
  3. If you are indoors, go outside. This should improve signal reception.
  4. Restart the application.
  5. Restart your device.
