No visit results

Solution

  1. Check your internet connection.
  2. Check that all photos in the task or visit have been uploaded successfully.
  3. Wait for 10 minutes.
  4. Pull the results down and release - a loading indicator will appear. Wait for the download to complete.

If all of the above steps did not help, please contact the technical support. In the request, specify the number of the visit and attach screenshots of the «Photos» tabs.
