Viewing your Profile
Profile is your account in Inspector Cloud. All visits that you make are linked to it.
To view the Profile, go to the « Profile» tab. Here you can:
- edit user profile;
- view statistics by visits;
- update the Master Data of the application;
- view the status of uploading photos;
- get help with the application;
- Configure the app settings;
- Logout from the account, or switch between projects.
Editing profile
To change login credentials:
- In the profile window, tap on « Edit».
- Make changes to the data and tap on «Update».
Viewing the visit statistics
In the Profile window, you can view statistics of your visits. For example, for the last month: how many visits there were, and how many stores were visited.
The data you see in the statistics depends on the project settings.
Note
Statistics may not be displayed, depending on the project settings.
Updating the Master Data
Master Data is the data for working with the application. For example, lists of stores, tasks, settings, or a route. They are updated daily when the app is launched. To update the the data manually:

Tap on « Data transfer/Update master data».
Tap on «Update master data».
Viewing the photo upload status
To view the upload status of photos in « Profile»:
- Android
- iOS
Tap on « Data Transfer/Image upload».
Tap on «Image upload».
If your device is not connected to the internet, an alert will appear at the bottom of the screen.
Once your device goes online, the photos and survey answers will be uploaded automatically. In the «Image Upload» section at the bottom of the screen, the «Pause» button, and a brief upload statistics will appear.
To stop uploading photos to the cloud, tap on «Pause». In this mode, all new photos and survey answers will go to the general waiting queue for submission.
Tap on «Resume» to continue uploading.
After submitting all the photos and answering all the survey questions, there will be an information about it appearing at the bottom of the «Image Upload» screen.

You can get help from the Profile window.

- Select:
- «Helpdesk» — to view submitted technical support tickets tech support;
- «Help Center» — to view the application manual.
- Tap on Help
- Select:
- «Help Center» — to view the application manual;
- «Helpdesk» — to view submitted technical support tickets tech support.
Setting up the application
To change application settings:
- In the Profile window, tap on « Settings».
- Move the switch:
- «Autofocus» - so that when you take a photo, the application focuses automatically;
- «Show grid» — when shooting, show grid and camera angle;
- «Alternative GPS method» - used if the default device location settings do not work.
Logout/Switching between projects
You can log out from the current account in the Profile window.

- Tap on «Change Project».
- Select:
- «Name of another project» - so that you switch to another account;
- «Logout» - to return to the login window.
- Tap on «OK».
- Tap on «Change Project».
- Select:
- Name of another project - so that you switch to another account;
- «Logout» - to return to the login window.
- Confirm.
Note
You can only switch to the projects in which you have already authorized. If you clicked Change Project, and a window asking for a PIN appeared, it means you are authorized in one project only.
