Completing the Survey

The survey is an electronic questionnaire with questions on the current task. If your device has an active Internet connection, the response will be immediately stored on the server, and the visit results will be updated.

The answers to the survey questions can be:

• Yes/No;
• Selection from the list;
• Text;
• Number;
• Barcode or QR code.

Android

Mandatory questions are marked in bold with an * at the end of the question.

When the answer is uploaded to the server, the question is highlighted with a green frame. If the upload failed, the question will be in a red frame.

iOS

Mandatory questions are marked with a vertical red bar to the left of the question.

Selected answer is marked with a blue marker.

Deleting an Answer

If you answered a question incorrectly, you can delete the answer.

Android

1. Go to the «Questions» tab.
2. Tap on next to the answer you want to delete.
3. Tap «OK» in the confirmation window.

iOS

1. Go to the «Survey» tab.
2. Tap on next to the answer you want to delete.
3. Tap «Yes» in the confirmation window.

Note

If the visit is closed, a survey answer cannot be deleted.
