The application does not allow you to take or save a photo
Reason #1. Poor sharpness.
The application includes the «Photo Quality Rating» function. When blurry photos are detected, «Bad Sharpness Detected» message will appear, with «Retake» and «Keep» buttons. The «Leave» button may not be present.
Tap «Retake» to take a clear photo.
Reason #2. Wrong perspective.
Photos must be taken strictly frontally. Photos that are taken at an angle to the shelves are considered poor perspective.

Reason #3. Your device has run out of memory space.
Free up space on your device.
Reason #4. No permission to access the camera.
Please go to system settings and give the app the necessary permissions.
Reason #5. Black screen.
- Close all running applications and restart the device.
- Launch the IC Camera 2 application.
