Empty «My Stores» list

Solution

  1. Update the list of stores. To do this, in the «Stores» section, drag the list of stores down and release. Wait for the download to complete.
    Loading time depends on the speed of the Internet and the number of stores nearby.
  2. Check the completion of all profile fields. If one of the fields is filled incorrectly, enter the correct data and wait 1-3 minutes. After that, update the list of stores again.
  3. Update the Master Data:
    • Android — go to the « Profile» tab and tap on «
      Data transfer/Update master data».
    • iOS — go to the « Profile» tab and tap on «Update master data».
