Can't answer the questionnaire

Solution #1

Check if the session is completed. The completed session is not editable.

Solution #2 If the visit is open:

  1. Finish the visit and complete all the tasks.
  2. Check updated whether the app is up to latest version.
  3. Update the Master Data:
    • Android — go to the « Profile» tab and tap on «
      Data transfer/Update master data».
    • iOS — go to the « Profile» tab and tap on «Update master data».
