No tasks at store

Solution

  1. Check your internet connection.
  2. Update the Master Data:
    • Android — go to the « Profile» tab and tap on «
      Data transfer/Update master data».
    • iOS — go to the « Profile» tab and tap on «Update master data».
  3. Restart the application.
  4. Restart your device.

If all of the above steps did not help, please contact the technical support. In the request, specify the code, name and address of the store or attach a screenshot of the store screen.
