Incorrect visit results
Solution
- Check your internet connection. Check that all photos have been uploaded successfully.
- Pull the results down and release - a loading indicator will appear. Wait for the download to complete.
- Wait for 10 minutes.
If all of the above steps did not help, please contact the technical support. In your message:
- describe why you think the results are incorrect, and what you think the correct results should be;
- attach a screenshot of the screen with the results of the visit, as well as a screenshot of the «Photos» tab.
