Incorrect visit results

Solution

  1. Check your internet connection. Check that all photos have been uploaded successfully.
  2. Pull the results down and release - a loading indicator will appear. Wait for the download to complete.
  3. Wait for 10 minutes.

If all of the above steps did not help, please contact the technical support. In your message:

  • describe why you think the results are incorrect, and what you think the correct results should be;
  • attach a screenshot of the screen with the results of the visit, as well as a screenshot of the «Photos» tab.
