Business rules

A lot of information is extracted from the photos that are uploaded to the portal. There are usually 30 products and 20 price tags on one image. If it's 10 photos— the number of products and price tags in the scene is already in the hundreds. In addition, the system determines which products are in the photo, on which shelf they are, in which row, at which point of sale and much more.

Such a large amount of data is difficult to analyze not only for a person in the store, but also for employees in the company's office. Therefore, we use business rules in all projects. They allow you to reduce the amount of output information after photo recognition.

Based on the data from the image, the system calculates certain quantitative indicators. We display this data on the portal so that users can already work with them.

Indicators allow you to:

  • compare the data obtained with the target values;
  • track changes in indicators and predict them;
  • set goals for visits and tasks. Depending on the purpose, you can change the employee's pay;
  • aggregate data. You can find out the average indicators for a region, team, or retail network for a certain period.

What business rules are there

Business rules are changeable over time, so our calculations of indicators are adjusted and customized to the client's requirements.
