Customization, what is it?

Modern organizations are constantly looking for new ways of being efficient. They change methods, business plans, organizational structures. In addition, each company has its own differences:

  • methodological — the way the goods display is quantified;
  • technological — the ways, formats and forms company transfers data;
  • organizational — how often structures and plans change.

In that view, it often happens that the standard settings and business rules of the system become no longer suitable, and need to be customized.

Customization is an adjustment of the system’s settings and rules to suit the specific needs of the company. For example, when an organization changes the frequency of data exchange: from once in a month, or week, to daily.

How customization is implemented

  1. At the start of the project, we provide a service of setting up all the company business rules. We also program and modify the logic, if needed.
  2. We accept the customization requests via account managers. In such requests, clients indicate what needs to be changed.
  3. We estimate how long a change will take, and how much work will need to be done. We pass this information on to the ordering company.
  4. If company approves the budget, the customization will be implemented. Payment is made upon closing the change request.

After the implementation of the project, if your organization requires further improvements, it can contact the account manager again, and request additional changes.
