Import master data

Product catalogs, planograms, stores and other data can be uploaded to the portal manually. It can be a product catalog, planograms, stores, and etc. Please make sure the file matches the format before uploading.

1. Click the Import section.
2. Specify the data type and click Upload.
3. Select the file on your computer and wait for the download to complete.

If errors occur during the download, will appear in the Valid field, and the download log will appear in the Status column. Download the log file, view it, and fix the errors. After that, retry the upload file.
