If you got any issues with Inspector Cloud services, you can send us a request for technical support via email.

  1. Open your email client and compose a message. Enter support@inspector-cloud.zendesk.com in the to field.
  2. In the message, please let us know:
    • Your name and title;
    • Indicate the organization in the interests of which you work. If you are an employee of a merchandising agency or a distributor, please include the name of your client;
    • Route number - identifier of the route or the covered zone, if you have one;
    • A detailed description of your issue. If the request relates to a specific visit, please indicate its number. If it relates to a specific store - provide its code, name or address.
  3. If you have screenshots, photos or videos relevant to your issue - please attach them to the request.
  4. Send the message.
