Empty «Stores Nearby» list
Solution
- Check your internet connection.
- Update the store list. To do this, in the Stores section, drag the list of stores down and release. Wait for the download to complete.
Loading time depends on the speed of the Internet and the number of stores nearby.
- Update the Master Data:
- Android — go to the « Profile» tab and tap on « Data transfer/Update master data».
- iOS — go to the « Profile» tab and tap on «Update master data».
- Check that Inspector Cloud Camera 2 has permission to access your location while running.
- Switch to the Map mode and check that the application correctly shows your current location.
- Restart your device.
If all of the above steps did not help, please contact the technical support. In the request, specify the store ID.
