No «Start Visit» button

Reason #1. The conditions for starting the visit have not been met.

If the «Close» button appears on screen instead of the «Start Visit» button, it means that all the conditions for starting the visit have not been met. It is also possible that there are no tasks in that store.

  1. Update the Master Data:
    • Android — go to the « Profile» tab and tap on «
      Data transfer/Update master data».
    • iOS — go to the « Profile» tab and tap on «Update master data».
  2. Try to start the visit again.

Reason #2. The maximum allowed distance from your device to the store has been exceeded.

Please check the following:

  • Actual address of the store matches the address in application;
  • Your current location is correctly detected.
  • The store location is shown on the map correctly.

If there are errors with the location, contact the employee of your company responsible for transmitting master data to Inspector Cloud.
