Offline Visit
If internet connection is lost while the application is running on your device, you can do the following offline:
- View the history of your visits;
- Start a visit from the list of stores;
- Answer the survey questions;
- Take photos;
- Delete or close the visit.
What doesn’t work if you are offline:
Master Data
The application cannot update the master data for today without an internet connection. For successful work, please launch the application when your device is online. The application data will be updated for today, and you will be able to make visits with up-to-date data.
Submit photos and survey answers
Photos and answers to questions are stored locally on your device and queued for submission. Therefore, the application cannot submit those while being offline.
Please have a look at the upload status of your photos in profile. If not all photos or answers were sent, and you closed the application, then the next time you start the application with internet access, a dialog will appear to allow you resume uploading.
Updating visit and task results
When your device is online, the photos and survey answers that are in the queue for uploading will be sent first, and only after that you will receive new visit and tasks results.
