Filling the questionnaire

The questionnaire is an electronic form with questions about the current assignment. If your device has an active Internet connection, the answers are immediately saved on the server, and the results of the visit are updated.

  1. In the list of tasks for the visit, select the Questionnaire task.
  2. Click on the «Questions» tab.
  3. Please answer the questions. Required questions are marked with a * at the end of the question. The answers could be:
  • «yes»/«no»;
  • selection of one or several options from the list;
  • text;
  • number;
  • barcode or QR code.

When the answer is uploaded to the server, the question field is in a green box. If the unload fails, the field will be in a red box.

  1. Click to return to the task list.
  2. Complete the rest of the visit.

Deleting an answer

If you answered a question incorrectly, then the answer can be deleted.

  1. On the «Questions» tab, find the question block in which you want to delete the answer.
  2. Press and confirm the action.

Answer will be deleted.

Note

If the visit is closed, you cannot delete an answer.
