The store location is unknown

The message «The store location is unknown» appeared.

Reason #1. The project does not provide for the transfer of store coordinates

In the project settings, the definition of the minimum distance to the store is enabled, but the coordinates of the point of sale are not transmitted to the data wizard.

Contact your account manager to disable the settings.

Reason #2. Store coordinates not added to master data

Contact the person in your company responsible for transferring master data to Inspector Cloud. The employee must add the coordinates of the point of sale. The next time you update the master data, it will appear in the application.
