Cancel a visit

The app allows you to cancel a started visit. This setting is enabled separately.

This functionality has several options for operation:

  • Cancel a visit before the task starts (i.e., before the agent takes a photo, answers the questionnaire, scans the code, or indicates an OOS) – by default.
  • Cancel a visit at any time.
  • Cancel a visit only for a specific agent (for managers).

To cancel a visit:

  • Open the pop-up menu by clicking the three dots in the upper right corner.
  • Select "Cancel Visit."
  • On the page that opens, select "Reason for Cancellation," enter a comment about the cancellation, and click "Cancel."
