View information on photo

In visits you can view information about price tags and products that the system recognizes. To do this, just open the visit of interest on the portal and go to the scene.

To change the display of objects in the photo, click Show and select:

Additionally, for the photo tab, you can select:

SKU Manager

The SKU manager will come in handy if the product in the photo is unidentified or identified incorrectly. With it, you can select the SKU for the annotation from those available in the catalog.

How ​​it works

To open the SKU control panel, in the visit scene, press

More and select Manage SKU. The manager will open in minimized mode. To open it in full screen, press Expand.

When you mark annotations on a photo or panorama, they will appear in the SKU manager. To replace the SKU with the selected one, mark it in the manager, click

Change SKU, and select the product from the SKU catalog or manually on the photo using
.

If the SKU is selected by mistake, you can immediately undo the changes.

Also, with the help of the SKU manager, you can find examples of similar images. To do this, click

Find similar, mark a photo for search and specify filters. The system will find similar images and display them in the manager under the selected annotations.

Annotation examples and found images can be deleted from the list with the

button.

Products

When the flag is set, the products that are recognized in the photo are marked with separate frames.

Hovering over a box with a product will display additional information about the product, such as manufacturer or category.

Change border color

Frames of boxes with goods are marked on the photo in different colors. To change color:

  1. Click Show and set the Products flag.
  2. Under Products, select:
    • Color by SKU;
    • Color by category;
    • Color by brand;
    • Color by competition;
    • Color by monufacturer.

The color of the product frames will change depending on the selected option.

Filter by SKU

You can change the display of product frames on photos depending on their SKU. For example, choose to display one category of goods, and hide the rest.

  1. Click Filter by SKU - a window with a choice of products will appear.

By default, all products that are recognized in the photo are marked in the filter.

  1. Remove the flags from the products you want to hide and click Apply.

Boxes for the selected products will disappear from the photo.

Price tags

When the flag is set, the price tags that are recognized in the photo are outlined with a yellow frame.

When you hover over a price tag, the system will display information about the price and the type of price tag - promo or regular.

Shelves

When the flag is set, green horizontal lines appear on the photo, which outline the boundaries of the shelves. Each line additionally has numbers - the number of the shelf in the photo from bottom to top.

Racks

When the flag is set, green vertical lines appear on the photo, which outline the boundaries of the racks.

Explain price

When the flag is set, green lines appear on the photo from the product to the price tag to which it belongs.

Explain size

Explanation of the sizes in the photo works together with the choice of goods. When the Explain size flag is checked, a red box is displayed that outlines the dimensions of the product.

When you hover over a product in the photo, an additional window with information about the size of the photo appears.

DQI

When you set the flag on the photo, an error warning with the DQI type will appear. The message will appear only on those photos for which the portal has detected problems with quality indicators.

Click on the warning to see more information about the error. In the window that opens, the type of DQI, its threshold and actual value will be indicated.
