Add SKU

If the SKU is not in the product catalog, you can create it manually. This can be done in the Products section or in the SKU manager.

Note

Only an employee with administrator rights can create an SKU card in the portal.

In the Products section

1. In the Products section, click + Create Product.
2. Fill in the card details.
   • Product name
   • Product ID and country of origin
   • Category, brand and manufacturer
   • Dimensions in mm - height, width and depth.
3. Click Upload Photo and select a product photo from your device.
4. Click Save .

In SKU manager

1. In the scene window, click More and select SKU manager.
2. Click on any recognized product in the photo. In the manager, click Edit SKU and select Search.
3. Go to the Create New Product tab.
4. Fill in the card details.
   • Product name
   • Product ID and country of origin
   • Category, brand and manufacturer
   • Dimensions in mm - height, width and depth.
5. Click Upload photo and select product photo from device.
6. Click Create and apply .

The product card has been added to the portal. If you have any questions or problems, contact support.
