Add/delete export template

In order not to specify the parameters for exporting reports when exporting visits from the portal each time, create an export template.

note

Only an employee with administrative rights on the portal can add, modify, and delete templates.

  1. Go to the tab Visits. If you need to export specific visits, use the filter.
  2. Click Export - the download window will open.
  3. Choose:
    • export type, for example, "Visits" or "Presence of SKU";
    • columns for unloading. By default, all columns are selected for export.
  4. Specify a name for the template. To make the template visible to all users, set the flag Available to all.
  5. Click Save as New Template.

The system will save the export template in the Templates section.

Edit template

You can edit the export template in the Templates section or in the export window itself.

In section

  1. Go to the Templates section.
  2. Click on the name of the template - a window with parameters will open.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Specify new parameters and click Save.

In the export window

  1. Go to the Visits tab and click Export — a window with upload parameters will open.
  2. Check the box for the template you want to change - the template settings will be applied to the current export.
  3. Change the settings for uploading and click Update Template.

Delete template

To remove an export template:

  1. Go to the Templates section.
  2. Opposite the template, click and confirm the action.
