Visit Cancellation

After a user cancels a visit in the mobile app, information about such visits can be viewed in the "Visits" section of the portal.

A cancelled visit in the general list of visits has a “Cancelled” label highlighted in red.

In the "About the Visit" section of the visit itself, you can find information about the cancellation:

• whether the visit was canceled or not
• the reason for the cancellation
• a cancellation comment.

Cancelled visits can be found on the portal using the "Visit Cancelled" filter.
