Open visit

The visit page contains information about the visit performed by the employee. You can view information about the visit as a whole, DQI, execution history, tasks and scenes of the visit, as well as photos of tasks.

  1. Go to the Visits section and open a visit. If there are many, use filters.
  2. Click on the name of the visit - a card with detailed information will open.

In the card, you can check the results both for individual tasks and for the entire visit.

View visit results

The visit header contains basic information: visit number, store, address, visit status, date and time of completion, an agent who performed the visit, route, etc.

Note

Depending on the project settings, the number and content of tabs may differ.

Results

The results block contains summary information about the visit to the point of sale. These can be indicators of faces, OSA, KPIs, and so on. The information in the Results block depends on the project settings.

To view information on one of the blocks, for example, OSA, press .

About the visit

To view information about the store, its location, due dates, and employee movements during the visit, click About the visit.

Tasks

This block contains information about the tasks that were completed during the visit. Depending on the project settings, tasks may contain scenes, each of which contains its photos.

Note

You can expand/collapse the entire task list using the Expand All

toggle switch.

To view information about a task and a scene, expand a task group and click on its name to open the task card.

The task card displays the results of a particular task, photos, and markup on them, as well as DQI notes and answers to the questionnaire.

To view all photos of the visit, scroll through the list using the slider at the bottom.

Switch to another scene

To move to another visit scene, go to the bottom of the page and click ← Previous scene or Next scene →.
