Copy app version

The IC Camera mobile app is regularly updated. We track version errors, promptly correct them, and also add new functionality.

If you have an error in the application, the support employee may need the version of the application that is installed on the device. This will help to solve your problem quickly.

Camera 3

1. Go to the « Profile» section.
2. Press and hold your finger on « About» — the information is copied to the buffer.

3. Select « Help».
4. In the message window, tap and hold your finger in the input field. In the context menu that appears, select «Paste».

5. Send a message to the chat.

Camera 2

1. Go to the « Profile» section.
2. Click «Help/About» - a window opens with information about the application.

3. Tap and hold your finger on the screen — the information will be copied to the clipboard. Go back to the request window.

4. Tap and hold your finger in the input field. In the context menu that appears, select «Paste».
5. Send a message to the chat.
