Upload Camera 3 data
When resolving your issue, a technical support may request an archive with application's data.
Note
Before sending the archive, describe the problem in detail to the technical support. This will help to solve your question as quickly as possible.
- Go to the « Account» section.
- Click « Send the data to support» - the application will begin to form an archive.
- Select where to upload the archive, for example to cloud storage.
The archive has been unloaded. Copy the link to it and provide it to support in chat.
