Invalid password

When entering a PIN code, an error «Invalid password» appears.

Solution

  1. Check your internet connection.
  2. Carefully enter your login and password again. Please pay attention to the keyboard language and letter case.
  3. Verify the correct username and password with your line manager, or with the Inspector Cloud Project Coordinator at your organization. If necessary, contact with a request to reset your password.

Technical support has no right to tell you the password.
