The application does not start or crashes

During startup or when working in Camera 3, the application closes with an error.

Reason #1. Outdated components in your device.

  1. Go to the system settings, and check for device updates. If there are any, update the system.
  2. Optional for Android, go to the app store and update:
    • Google services and components (Play Market, Google, etc.)
    • Android System WebView component
    • Browser
  3. Launch the application.

Reason #2. Not enough memory to work with.

  1. Check if there is enough memory for the application to work. If necessary, delete unnecessary files.
  2. Launch the application.

Reason #3. Malicious software.

  1. Run an antivirus program and check the system.
  2. After checking and cleaning the system, launch the application.
