Questionnaires

The questionnaire is an electronic questionnaire with questions on the current task. It allows you to collect information from the store for further analysis. For example, is there a group of goods or a promotional stand at the point of sale.

On the portal, you can create and edit questionnaires, add or delete questions, change answer options, and much more.

How it works

  1. Supervisor creates a questionnaire. In it, he indicates the questions that the merchandiser must answer during the visit.
  2. The questionnaire will be included in the next visit to the point.
  3. Employee answers questions during a visit to the store. The results come to the manager on the portal.
  4. Supervisor checks the visit and the results of the questionnaire.

If some questions are no longer relevant or you need to clarify new information, the manager can edit the current questions or delete them.

How to start

  1. Create a questionnaire and add questions. If the questionnaire has already been created, change the list of questions or delete the extra ones.
  2. Link the questionnaire to the task in the visit.
  3. When the employee completes the visit, check the answers to the questionnaire.
