Types of questions
To get feedback from the employees who perform the visit, the questionnaire has several options for questions. They can be selected when creating or editing a question.
Yes/No
The binary response of the employee. For example, to ask if a particular product is on the shelf.
Select one
An employee in the store must choose only one answer from the list provided.
Answer options for a question can be added and deleted, as well as changing their order.
Select multiple
The employee in the store must mark several answers from the proposed ones.
Answer options for a question can be added and deleted, as well as changing their order.
Number
The employee must enter a numeric value. For example, specify the quantity of a certain product on a shelf.
Text
A field that an employee fills in free-form text.
Barcode
The employee indicates the barcode of the goods at the point.
Data
The employee selects a date from the drop-down box. Date in the format "DD.MM.YYYY".
Dependent question
This is a question that consists of several regular questions. Depending on the previous answer, the user will receive an optional question, which they will also have to answer.
Example
Question 1: "Is there coffee < type of coffee> on the shelf?" ("Yes/No")
If you select "Yes", a second question appears.
Question 2: "Specify the number of units of the item." ("Number")
The user must specify the number of items on the shelf.
