List of Problems/Errors

Problems and errors may occur while you are using the application. Information about them will be available in the app interface.

Problems with tasks

• No tasks at store
• There is no «Take Photo» button in the task
• Task cannot be completed
• No task results
• Incorrect task results
• Can't answer the questionnaire

Problems with visits

• No «Start Visit» button
• Can't complete a visit
• No visit results
• Incorrect visit results
• You ... meters away from the store
• Visit automatically closed

Problems with a store, map, or location

• Empty «Stores Nearby» list
• Empty «My Stores» list
• Wrong distance to a store
• Incorrect current location on the map

Photo problems

• The application does not allow you to take or save a photo
• Camera not working
• Photos not loading

Other possible issues when working with the application

• The application doesn’t allow you to save your profile
• PIN code does not match
• The password is incorrect
• Unable to update the app
• The application does not start or crashes
